Menus, InTouch Payments, and PaySchools Central
Payments & InTouch Receipting
All Payments are Made using InTouch. Deposits are not reflected in real time.
(Parents must register their children first in PaySchools BEFORE going to the InTouch website to make meal payments. Scroll down for instructions. Student meal ID’s are the same in PaySchools as they were in MealMagic.)
Cash or check payments can be made to the Clerk in any building office/school store or payments can be made online via InTouch. If sending a payment with your child, please place in an envelope and label the envelope with your child’s name, grade, and what the payment is for. All accounts are individual and balances/deposits are not shared between accounts.
Deposits made in InTouch flow into PaySchools two times a day:

PaySchools balances are sent to InTouch at 10:30pm to communicate the balance after daily transactions.
PaySchools Central is the family portal for viewing meal transactions only. Meal payments are still made using InTouch.
