College Community School District SY 2025-2026 Vendor Pizza Invitation for Sealed Bids
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the College Community School District of Cedar Rapids, Iowa acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District”, will receive up to, but not later than 12:00 p.m. CST on July 24, 2025, sealed bids for the award of a contract for Vendor Pizza Delivery.
Bid responses are due by NOON, 12:00 p.m. CST on July 24, 2025. Bids received after 12:00pm CST on July 24, 2025 will not be accepted for any reason.
Enclose all required documents in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked “Pizza Bid”.
Return sealed bid responses using one of the options below:

Each bid must conform and be responsive to the bid documents. Copies of the bid documents are available on the District’s Website Food and Nutrition Department Page https://www.crprairie.org/departments/nutrition/. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. Any questions regarding bid documents should be directed to Ginny Scott, Director of Food and Nutrition, at vscott@crprairie.org, no later than 12:00 p.m. CST on July 24, 2025. Questions and responses will be posted to the District’s Website Food and Nutrition Department Page.
This is a one (1) school year contract through June 30, 2026. Upon the mutual agreement of the District and Contractor this bid may be extended annually for three (3) consecutive school years.
