Monday was a great professional learning day for our nurses and health office team. Kirkwood Community College hosted the Prairie team in their Simulation Lab. During their time, they were called to respond to various emergency scenarios they might encounter in their jobs at school. They practiced how to work as a team in these situations and to think critically about what areas can be enhanced or put into place to improve our response to these types of emergencies.
