The Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Health Advisory Team at College Community comes together three times per year. Our members are a combination of school and district staff and local agency representatives. During our mid-year meeting, we welcomed seven PHS students to share their perspectives on a variety of topics important to our Advisory Team and our district. Students shared their perspectives on ways Prairie can increase feelings of connectedness, belonging, and physical and emotional safety, and what they would like our team to understand about what it’s like to walk in their shoes as a high schooler in 2023. Thank you to these amazing students for sharing their ideas and helping to shape our team’s future work and for our staff and community partners who help to put their ideas into action.
