Congratulations to members of the Resource Fair Committee who were recognized at Monday’s School Board Meeting. The Board recognized the committee who worked to envision and organize the first Prairie Cares “Ready for School” Resource Fair.

The committee brought community and school resources together to help 45 Prairie families get ready for the start of school.  Services offered included haircuts, school supplies, health screenings, athletic/club information, applying for employment with CCSD, registration and nutrition assistance and included opportunities to meet our therapy dogs, SROs and visit with other student and family support groups. 

We would like to thank these staff members for their hard work and dedication to this project.
