Athletic registration for 7th-12th grade students is now open in Bound. All 7-12 student athletes must be registered in Bound by a guardian in order to participate in athletics. 

Athletes must have a yearly physical completed.  The state has a new physical form which requires only the last page of the form (the Medical Eligibility Form) to be uploaded to Bound. The Concussion Form and Code of Conduct/Handbook forms are also required and can be completed in the document section. This paperless process streamlines the process between parents, the Activities Office and coaches getting students on the field practicing sooner.
