Now Hiring – Paraprofessionals
The College Community School District is currently hiring Paraprofessionals for positions throughout our district. We are looking for those with a strong work ethic, great attendance, and most importantly enjoys working with students while assisting the classroom teacher in providing instructional support and ensuring a positive learning environment for all.

Our Paraprofessional salary is $16.32 per hour after the successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.  This is a 10 month- school year position with approximately 7 hours per day = 35 hours per week.

Hours vary per building.

• Creek Intermediate and Point Middle School 7:30-3:00
• Elementary and High School 8:30-4:00

• 10 month employees receive regular compensation for the following holidays:
  • Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Friday after Thanks-giving, day before Christmas, Christmas day, New Year’s day
• Enrollment in Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System (IPERS) with contributions as an employee of College Community School District
