Since the early 60’s, generations of Prairie students have experienced the tradition of Outdoor Education Week. The experience provides middle school students the opportunity to step outside the walls of the classroom and into hands-on learning activities surrounded by nature.
From cooperative games and environmental exploration to canoeing and rock climbing, students grow academically and socially. Outdoor Education Week is also a chance for students to strengthen friendships, create new relationships, and make lifelong memories alongside their fellow Prairie Hawks.
