We want to be sure that young people know what to do to prevent and respond to potential emergencies. This class will develop leadership skills and teach participants how to keep themselves and others safe.
Babysitter’s Training
• Designed for young people to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care to infants and children in a residential setting.
• Learn about basic child care and basic first aid.
• Participants receive a certificate of completion.
• Target audience is 11-15 years old

Summit’s summer camps are known in the community for their high-quality programming and small class sizes, providing an optimum learning environment. owa State Extension and Outreach Linn County 4-H offers quality summer day camps in our community. The day-long camps (9:00 am-3:00 pm) are educational, interactive, and sure to keep your child’s attention. Registration begins March 1st for our 2024 summer camps.
