GROW, a non-profit organization operating out of Kazimour Farm & Orchard, is hosting their first annual Buds & Blossoms Plant Sale. The plant sale will take place on May 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is located at 2630 Otis Road SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403.
Celebrate the grand reopening of our orchard and experience firsthand the impact GROW is making in our local community. Explore a wide selection of plants for your garden, engage in informative sessions on plant care and glean valuable growing tips from seasoned gardeners. Delve into the orchard’s rich history with complimentary guided tours. Plus, enjoy family-friendly activities (“Gnometastic” Hunt & Seek, Planting your own bloom, coloring, Big Pizza on site) and capture memories with our iconic 1936 vintage GROW truck.
GROW’s mission as a non-profit is to empower growth and independence for individuals of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds through working in horticulture.

This golf experience will focus on etiquette, rules, grip, stance, posture, and swing. Instruction includes lessons on the driving range and putting green. Participants will play an abbreviated round of golf under staff supervision. The camp will be instructed by Kirkwood Head Golf Coach Darin Pint.
