    The Ely Fall Fest 5K Race & 1 Mile Fun Run will be on Sunday, September 22 at 9am. The race will conclude at the park with a free cinnamon roll and chocolate milk breakfast from My Mom’s Bakery and Dan & Debbie’s Creamery right here in Ely!

    Information

    The MACR Sharks Swim Team are now accepting new swimmers for the upcoming fall/winter swim season. The Sharks practice at the downtown YMCA in Cedar Rapids 7 days per week. Swimmers are placed into groups based on age and ability. The team focuses on stroke development, racing skills, building endurance and having fun!
