Highlighting Our Heroes: Fund-A-Staff-MemberOur educators and support staff—including our amazing paras, office staff, cooks, counselors, and drivers—are the backbone of our district. We want to give them a night out to celebrate!
We are excited to introduce the Fund-A-Staff-Member initiative. This allows you to purchase a ticket specifically to be donated to a Prairie staff member of your choice (or to a general pool for staff). It’s a powerful way to show appreciation while supporting the Foundation’s work for our kids.
How to Sponsor a Staff Member:
- Visit the Ticket Purchase Page.
- Look for the “Fund-A-Staff-Member” ticket option ($35).
- In the notes section, feel free to name a specific staff member you’d like to sponsor!
Why Your Support Matters
Your donations empower the Prairie School Foundation to fund essential programs and equipment not covered by the standard district budget. Thanks to your ongoing generosity, we have provided:
• Athletic equipment via the “Play it Forward” fund for students in need
• Classroom technology including iPads and smart boards
• STEM, Music, and Art supplies (such as kilns)
• “Forever Books” for all Pre-K through 4th-grade students
• Support for student lunch accounts and families in need
